If you are not at home during delivery:
A second attempt will be made on the following Saturday.
If delivery is still unsuccessful, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date.
You may request your parcel be left in a safe place—please note this in the delivery instructions. This will be at your own risk.
Back to School Period (Mid-July to Mid-August)
Orders placed after 1st August may exceed the standard 5-working day delivery due to high demand.
If you are not at home, a redelivery will be attempted on the following Saturday. If still unsuccessful, you will be contacted to collect the item from the store.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Parcels can be left in a safe place at your own risk—please specify this in delivery instructions.
In-store customers are prioritised over online orders during this period.
Peak Season (Mid-August to Mid-September)
Online orders may take up to or more than 10 days for delivery.
Customers are strongly advised to shop in-store during this period.
Please expect to queue outside due to high footfall.
Orders placed during the last two weeks before school starts may face significant delays, particularly if items are out of stock.
