Delivery Information

Standard Service (Outside Peak Season)

  • We aim to deliver your items within 5 working days.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss the delay.
  • If you are not at home during delivery:
    • A second attempt will be made on the following Saturday.
    • If delivery is still unsuccessful, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date.
  • You may request your parcel be left in a safe place—please note this in the delivery instructions. This will be at your own risk.

        Back to School Period (Mid-July to Mid-August)

        • Orders placed after 1st August may exceed the standard 5-working day delivery due to high demand.
        • If you are not at home, a redelivery will be attempted on the following Saturday. If still unsuccessful, you will be contacted to collect the item from the store.
        • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
        • Parcels can be left in a safe place at your own risk—please specify this in delivery instructions.
        • In-store customers are prioritised over online orders during this period.

          Peak Season (Mid-August to Mid-September)

          • Online orders may take up to or more than 10 days for delivery.
          • Customers are strongly advised to shop in-store during this period.
          • Please expect to queue outside due to high footfall.
          • Orders placed during the last two weeks before school starts may face significant delays, particularly if items are out of stock.
          • In-store customers are prioritised over online orders.
          • Priority applies only during the Peak Season.
