Delivery
Delivery is only available within the UK.
Orders made on Sundays/Public Holidays are processed the next working day.
Incorrect or incomplete address details may delay delivery.
Delivery times are not guaranteed; reasonable efforts will be made to meet preferred times.
For certain locations (e.g., offices, hospitals), a third-party signature may be accepted as proof of delivery.
Products won’t be delivered to funeral directors, hospitals, airports, or ships (applies to wine/plants).
If undelivered, the carrier may leave the order with a neighbour or leave a card for re-delivery.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours before delivery.
You may cancel a payment if your card was fraudulently used.

Liability for death/personal injury due to negligence is accepted.
In other cases, liability is limited to 3 times the price paid.
